Associate Director, IT Core Business Systems directs, administers and coordinates service development for administrative systems (Financial, Procurement, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Payroll, Budget, Agencies, Productivity, etc.). This includes development, implementation and evaluation for administrative systems in collaboration with other IT groups (Clinical Information Systems, Integration, etc.). Responsible for all aspects of operations including service delivery, fiscal administration, allocation of human resources and accomplishing departmental objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Five to seven years of Information Technology experience required. Previous management / supervisory experience, including budgeting, required. Minimum 3 years of Lawson experience required. Experience with the management of large complex projects preferred. Knowledge of applications related to Accounting, Material Management, Human Resources, Payroll, Financials and other administrative functions preferred.
