Associate Medical Director is responsible for administration of all medical and professional services provided by the medical program. Maintains effective lines of communication with the medical, nursing, social work and management staffs and coordinates the development, implementation and the evaluation of standard of patient care.
Selection Criteria:

License in the state of Florida as M.D or D.O -

Cardiology fellowship training required

Board Certified or eligible in Cardiology and ABIM

Other requirements are determined by the University of Miami School of Medicine and the Chief of Medical Affairs.

American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification with at least 6 months validity required.
