Budget Decision Supp Analyst

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or a health related field with 0 - 3 years of healthcare finance/accounting/budgeting experience required. CPA preferred. Requires strong computer skills on various software products and systems including hospital information systems, spreadsheet, database, and word processing. Strong analytic abilities are mandatory including knowledge and experience with financial ratios. Requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to perform as a team leader/team member. Requires the ability to handle multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards needed to create and manage budgets and perform financial analysis. Requires the ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of high-quality material with meticulous attention to detail. Requires the ability to make sound decisions and be able to articulate reasoning for decisions being made. Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation in all interactions.
