Clinical Care Coordinator

The Clinical Care Coordinator is a professional member of the health care team who assumes advocacy and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time. The Clinical Care Coordinator provides a single standard of care to patients via the therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment, instrumentation and other health care team members. This will have significant role in personnel administration and employee relations.
