Experience: Experience in order/prescription assessment and in performing clinical interventions highly desirable. Based on specific position, practice experience in sterile products/chemotherapy preparation, working with automated dispensing machines and/or retail pharmacy practice is desirable.
Education: Pharm.D. degree or B. S. with equivalent clinical knowledge required.
Licensure Certification: Possession of, or eligible for Florida Pharmacist license required.
Knowledge Skill Abilities: Strong patient care orientation, self motivation, and good interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills and the ability to work effectively as a team player are required.
