Florida licensed MD or D.O-or- Med school grad possessing and MD or D.O. degree and a Florida training license -or- Graduate of a foreign medical school and possession of an Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) or qualified to sit for the ECFMG exam. Knowledge of instruments and procedures verified by skills checklist. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification with at least 6 months validity required.
