Bachelor's degree required. Must have extensive technical billing and revenue cycle audit experience, minimum of 5 years. Experience with charge master management and progressive hospital experience required. Knowledge of industry, regulatory and accreditation requirements regarding documentation and billing practices. Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels in the organization. Demonstrate and promote forward thinking, innovation and continuous process improvement.
