- Florida RN license required. Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Field Required.
- Master's in Healthcare Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum experience of 3 years in the field of specialty and management experience required.
- Relevant clinical experience in various levels of patient care.
- Strong planning, organizing, decision making, analytical, and problem solving skills. Excellent writing and communication skills. Computer skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills are required with the ability to partner and collaborate effectively with all levels of personnel both within and outside the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts with a successful record of supervisory or team leadership experience in a demanding work environment.
