Selection Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, Health Services Administration or Risk Management. Or related field of study.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of increasingly responsible risk or similar work experience for a large complex multi-site health service/hospital system.
- Applicable license in nursing or to achieve CPPS or CPHRM within 18 months of hire
- Experience in the performance of RCA (root cause analysis). Ability to understand statistical methodology related to trends and offer guidance to stakeholders about corrective actions.
- Clinical background in Women or Transplant Services highly preferred.
- Working conditions related to the essential functions of the position, such as working indoors/outdoors, working with exposures to hazards, or any other condition necessary to ensure patient safety and/or completion of required tasks. Additional information will be provided by each hiring department.
