Bachelor's degree and three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience. Master's degree in business, finance or health related field preferred. Strong communication skills and knowledge of clinical practices, clinical technology and basic medical terminology required. Project management, communications, clinical data and budget management experience highly desired. Must understand HIPAA compliance and all privacy laws and regulations. Must be able to multi-task and problem solve using analytical skills. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint is required. Bilingual Spanish or Creole preferred.
