Experience: Five (5) years of experience in Nursing within designated unit(s) and one (1) year of experience in a management position required.Licensure, and/or Certification:Active and current registered nurse license in the state of Florida and current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification required.Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:Ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing. Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to interact with others in a professional, courteous, and tactful manner. Ability to organize and prioritize, analyze situations and develop alternatives, analyze data and develop valid conclusions, develop clear, concise procedures and correspondence, provide clear direction to others, and manage duties in an environment of changing priorities and frequent deadlines.
