Works under the direction of the Office Manager, the receptionist is the primary access point for patients and is responsible to ensure that the patient receives timely, efficient, and compassionate customer service.
High school diploma or equivalent required. One to three years experience in a multi-specialty physician office preferred. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills. Bilingual preferred.
