Selection Criteria:
- Graduation from an accredited program in Ultrasound Technology required.
- Employees hired BEFORE 2/1/2017 must obtain the required ARDMS certification by 12/31/2017. Employees hired AFTER 2/1/2017 who have completed training at JHS MUST obtain their required certification within six months of hire. Any new hires with external training must have the required certification at the time of hire.
- One year experience in the area of assignment is preferred (equivalent amount of documented clinical hours may count towards experience).
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification with at least 6 months validity required.
- Ability to demonstrate literacy in using computerized information systems.
