Baccalaureate degree required. Master’s degree preferred. Five (5) to ten (10) years' related experience in hospital billing and collections required.  Strong analytical skills with experience in developing and managing key performance indicators, benchmarks and metrics. Minimum of two (2) years' leadership experience required. Experience in managing a team in a large hospital business office or collection agency is highly preferred. Expert knowledge and familiarity of all federal, state and all other regulatory guidelines/standards. Ability to work well with all levels of the organization including vendor management.  Strong communication and collaborative skills is a must.
