IP - Hospitality Coordinator provides a high level of patient / family greeting and support during any visit or admission to the hospital of pre-designated patients, and all pre-visit / post-visit support and arrangements.
High School Degree. Customer service experience, preferably in insurance or hospital environment. Ability to coordinate a variety of tasks simultaneously. Ability to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of customer service. Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with hospital medical staff, individuals and/or groups at all levels, and from diverse backgrounds. Reliable, team player. Good problem solving skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Fully bilingual English / Spanish.
